Love the low push lunges! I knew I'd be feeling them today! Also I got a little more out of my clamshell by you saying to resist on the way down, all the side lunges, plies etc that I do and my inner thighs are still pretty jiggly so I really felt that!

I got a TRX through a special program for Veterans. I used to work out a lot and have special posters that show all the exercises for suspension training. I came across this video for my wife.
